The first 100 paid, activated businesses are eligible for the Launch 100 rate of $44.99/month, with month 1 paid and months 2 and 3 free. The founding rate remains available only while that subscription stays continuously active. After the first 100 activated businesses, the standard rate is $49.99/month, with month 1 paid and month 2 free. One active subscription includes one business profile and unlimited legitimate active deals.
Duplicate, misleading, keyword-stuffed, irrelevant, fake, or abusive listings may be removed. Businesses must only advertise offers they are authorized and able to honor.
Advertisers are responsible for all deal details, pricing, eligibility, restrictions, taxes, fulfillment, customer service, and compliance with laws applicable to their products, services, and advertising.
Businesses may create, edit, pause, reactivate, or remove their own deals while their subscription is active.
Subscriptions are intended to renew monthly until canceled. Cancellation stops future renewal; exact billing and refund language will match the production payment configuration at launch.
MyDealsPortal may suspend or remove accounts or deals involving fraud, impersonation, illegal activity, repeated consumer complaints, security risks, or other serious abuse.
